Quotation, placing and completing an order
The prices on this website shown in HUF but you can change it to EUR or USD. Exchange rates are kept updated according to official bank info. The prices are not final prices and they contain 25% VAT (except books what contains 5% VAT). Prices are due to change without prior notice. In case of Bike or Frame set  order the deposit is 50% of total value. A web order is finalized when you received an e-mail confirmation from our system after you registered and entered your order on our website. We will confirm the date of delivery after the ordered items were received into our store. A contract comes into existence by sending our order confirmation e-mail between Customer and ROB4BIKE. In case of need of further details or short supply of your order ROB4BIKE will communicate with you.

Responsibility
- any modification our policy is due to change without prior note and is valid as from appearing on our website.
- ROB4BIKE declines any responsibility caused by entering wrong or invalid data at registration
- ROB4BIKE keeps all data, information and pictures appear on the website up-to-date as per our best knowledge. However we do not take any responsibility of any mistakes.
- ROB4BIKE web store declines all responsibility caused by system failure in e-mailing or internet system, any technical failure in software or data transfer system.

Completition and
ROB4BIKE’s contracted partner all domestic and international shipping is DPD. The web store will show the shipping prices automatically while processing but before completing the order.

The shipment is completed at the time the Customer received it. Therefore we kindly ask you to check the followings at the delivery:
- the shipment/wrapping is intact
- the ordered items are whole and intact
- the quantity and price are according to the order and/or the enclosed invoice

In case of any discrepancy please contact us immediately but not later than 2 days via e-mail:

The shipment must contain an itemized invoice completed to the name and address indicated in your order. We strongly recommend keeping this invoice as it necessary for any warranty claim.

According to regulation of e-commerce in EU the Buyer is allowed to return the purchased items without giving any reason. However the items must be whole and intact, I original wrapping/packing and able for re-selling on full value.

Payment
International orders can be paid by international bank transfer only at this time (in the future we will have credit card payment option as well).

INTERNATIONAL (EU) ORDERS
PAYMENT:
Our Website prices are in HUF; EU; U.S. currency. At present We can accept money wire transfer for international orders. The credit card payment is under consruction. We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We do not charge your credit card until your order ships. For security purposes we do not save your credit card information so you will need to enter it every time you submit an order. We do not ship C.O.D.
Please note: We may contact you to confirm any order over 100EUR.

 VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
Our price contains 25% (for all articles except books) and 5% (for books) hungarian VAT. If you live outside EU we must deduct 20% (for all items except books) and 4,76% (for books) VAT from our Gross price.

TRACKING SHIPMENTS
We will send your tracking number via e-mail to you.

Payment details: Customer will transfer the money directly into our bank account in advance. Customer, please, shall not transfer the money before ROB4BIKE confirmed the availability of the product in a binding way. Please keep in mind that bank fees to be borne by Customer might be charged with advance payments (especially from abroad). ROB4BIKE has to receive the total invoice amount. The bank account number for the transfer will be sent together with the confirmation of availability. After the ROB4BIKE receive the total invoice amount will ship the goods to your address.

In case of any customer complain what the customer cannot solve successfully with ROB4BIKE please contact the local office of ECC-Net in your country.
